🏅 What to Expect

The Keep Attacking Assault Race is designed to challenge participants of all Fitness levels. The 4-mile course features a mix of natural terrains, including steep inclines known as the "Seven Sisters," and man-made obstacles that test your strength, agility, and endurance. Expect to navigate through mud, climb over walls, and push yourself to the limit.

Participants (Adults) can Choose:

1 Lap (4 Miles): Ideal for those new to obstacle racing or looking for a shorter challenge.
2 Laps (8 Miles): For seasoned athletes seeking to test their endurance.

👟 Kids Attacking Event

In addition to the Adult Race, we're excited to offer the Kids Attacking Event for young participants. This specially designed course allows children to experience the thrill of obstacle racing in a safe and fun environment. We would recommend this for children up to 10 (based on their running ability) but we advise that it is targeted at younger children.
