Why We Started Business Coaching.

Synergy Success Network was founded in 2018 by our Director, Mark Legg, who began his career in the Trades and Construction Industry after he left school, beginning in the Painting and Decorating Trade. Through his own journey of building and growing multiple Businesses, he experienced first-hand the challenges, pressures, and lack of structured support available to Trades and Construction Business Owners who were trying to scale sustainably.

The idea behind Synergy Success Network came from that experience. Mark wanted to create a network and community that provided the kind of practical guidance, systems, and support that simply did not exist when he was growing his own Businesses. Over time, he built and refined a Business model and training approach based entirely on the real challenges he faced, turning his own trials and lessons into structured training modules that others could follow.

Everything within the coaching and support framework has been developed from real world experience as a business owner, not theory. It reflects what Mark had to learn the hard way while building and scaling businesses without external guidance. Today, that knowledge has been shaped into a clear pathway for Trades and Construction Business Owners who want to grow with confidence, avoid common mistakes, and build sustainably.
